Recognizing that transparency and access to public information are central elements in the majority of FUNDAR’s activities and projects, we are developing a series of activities that will strengthen our work as an institution and that of other organizations interested in these topics. With this in mind, we plan to establish a project that focuses on transparency and accountability and follows the following guidelines: collaborative work with other organizations, the development of a statewide index of transparency, and building up of capacities at the state level.
