Fundar, Center for Analysis and Research is an independent, interdisciplinary, non-partisan and horizontal organization at the forefront in advancing substantive democracy.
Since 2003, FUNDAR oganizes its projects in two areas: Budget Area: Monitoring of Public Spending, and Governance and Human Rights. Special emphasis is placed on the interdisciplinary nature and collaboration between the areas, to guarantee effective feedback and mutual benefits. Each area is headed by a coordinator, and is formed by several project managers, researchers and assistant researchers.

Simultaneously, projects with impact in both areas are organized in a transversal manner.
