THE CNDH IN OAXACA
INTERACTIVE PRESENTATION

Due to the severe events that took place in Oaxaca since 2006, the Atalaya Program (composed by academics from FLACSO, ITAM and Fundar) monitored the actions deployed by the National Commission of Human Rights (CNDH) because of the serious violations to the guarantees of the citizens, the amount of complaints received by the organism and the institutional inefficiency to affront the crisis.
